Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Clientfront LLC(“Clientfront,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://www.clientfront.co, Clientfront products (including the AI phone line and buyer dashboard), and related services.

SMS / MMS program (carrier-required disclosures)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Clientfront, the following applies:

• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
• Message frequency varies. You typically receive about 1–5 messages per interaction, booking, or support request. Volume depends on how you use the service (for example confirmations, links, reminders, and support replies).
• Mobile information will never be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers and messaging infrastructure providers process messages only to deliver the service you requested.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any Clientfront text to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email support@clientfront.co.
• How you opt in: by calling our AI phone line and requesting a text, and/or by providing your mobile number on a Clientfront web form (for example /contact or /pilot/qualify) and checking a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. Consent is not required to submit the form or use our service. See also our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number, business name, and message content on forms or during calls.
• Account and setup details for buyers — shop hours, services, transfer preferences, and texting-registration fields such as legal business name, EIN, and business address (used for carrier approval and to operate the product).
• Call and booking data created when someone uses an AI line or books through Clientfront (transcripts, leads, appointment details), subject to product settings and applicable law.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the site.
• Payment data is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve Clientfront products and support.
• Send transactional email and, when you have opted in, SMS/MMS related to your request (confirmations, links, reminders, support).
• Complete carrier texting registration (A2P 10DLC / toll-free) on behalf of a business that asked us to send texts in its name.
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers that help us run the product — for example hosting, databases, email delivery, voice/AI telephony, SMS delivery, and payments. They may process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (with notice where required).

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings and transcripts follow product settings and vendor retention limits.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Email us to access, correct, or delete account information we hold.
• Opt out of SMS with STOP as described above.
• Unsubscribe links appear on marketing email if we ever send any; product and transactional messages may still be necessary to run your account.

Children

Clientfront is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
